betjj Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions (referred to hereafter as the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the betjj platform and the user. The betjj website (betjj.cam), its mobile version and all associated services are covered by these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply alongside these Terms.

1.2 Definition of Services

betjj is an online entertainment platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live dealer games and other digital entertainment services. The platform is operated specifically for users in Bangladesh.

1.3 Precedence of Terms

Where specific terms exist for a particular section or service, those terms apply together with these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms take precedence. betjj reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, temporarily or permanently, at any time.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use betjj services. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above. We may request a valid form of identification as proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend an account until proper verification is completed.

2.2 Registration Terms

When creating an account you must comply with the following conditions:

• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• You must operate your account in your own name — operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must use a valid email address and mobile number.
• Keeping your password secure is your responsibility.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

betjj may verify a user's identity at any time for the purposes of security and fraud prevention. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national ID card, passport or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your betjj account login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately. The account holder is responsible for any unauthorised activity on their account.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (email address, mobile number, etc.) update them immediately through your account settings or via live chat. betjj will not be responsible for payment delays or account complications arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. In the case of an inactive account, betjj reserves the right to review or suspend the account after sending prior notice by email.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

betjj supports payment methods available in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed quickly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Each withdrawal request is generally processed within 1 hour. It is recommended to request withdrawals through the same method used for the deposit. KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal is processed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on betjj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported. Any currency conversion fees at the time of deposit or withdrawal will apply according to the rules of the relevant payment provider.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If a transaction appears suspicious or there is concern of fraud, betjj reserves the right to hold or cancel that transaction. In such cases the user may be asked to provide additional verification information.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x (the deposit plus the bonus amount must be wagered ten times).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.
• Each account may participate in a promotion only once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse through multiple accounts is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry date.
• betjj reserves the right to modify bonus terms and conditions at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The betjj VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. A weekly cashback applies at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum and up to 1.2% at Diamond.

6.1 Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. A bet accepted in error due to a technical fault will be void and the stake will be refunded. betjj's decision is final in determining the outcome of any event.

6.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, kabaddi or any other sport, only the official result will be counted. If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. betjj will not be liable for any loss caused by an internet disconnection during live betting.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair results. If a technical malfunction affects the outcome of a game, the result of that round may be voided. The paytable and rules for each game are visible within the game interface.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the betjj platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Fraudulent use of bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software.
• Using bots, automated software or other technological aids.
• Manipulating bets in collusion with other users.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, betjj may suspend or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice and forfeit all bonuses and winnings. betjj also reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

8.2 SSL Encryption and Security

9.1 Service Availability
